Jerry
Wilcoxon
brings
his unique background and
wealth of experience to
assist clients in solving
their business, valuation
and accounting problems.
Business Consulting
Having
spent over 15 years of his
career as a Controller/CFO
and a member of the senior
management teams, Jerry has
been on the implementation
side of consulting
solutions. He knows that
just making recommendations
without providing action
plans for their
implementation does not make
for a successful engagement.
He knows that clear and
effective communication is a
key to success in any
consulting engagement that
involves change within an
organization.
Valuation
While
providing business
consulting services to his
clients in the area of
business combinations and
value enhancement, Jerry
decided to expand on this
experience by obtaining
additional education and
accreditation from the
National Association of
Certified Valuation Analysts
(NACVA) and the American
Institute of Certified
Public Accountants (AICPA),
by obtaining both the
Certified Valuation Analyst
(CVA) and Accredited in
Business Valuation (ABV)
designations. Jerry takes a
hands-on approach to every
valuation engagement,
working directly with the
principals to provide a
timely and appropriate
valuation solution.
Mergers &
Acquisitions
Having
received exposure to the
world of mergers and
acquisitions while in
industry, Jerry continued to
advise and consult with his
clients upon returning to
public practice in 2001 in
the area of buying and
selling small,
privately-owned businesses.
Most recently, he has been
consulting in transactions
involving businesses in
retail, wholesale
distribution, personal and
professional services,
health care services, real
estate and veterinary
services in the Delmarva
region of the mid-Atlantic
area. |
